Creyate makes ordering custom clothes online risk-free with the promise to 'get it right the first time.' If you think we did not fulfil this promise, we are always there to set things right.
ALTERATIONS:
If an order requires adjustments, Creyate will make the changes to your convenience. If you think that the changes you require are unalterable or are unhappy with the alterations, we will gladly remake it free of charge.

RETURN POLICY:
To be considered eligible for return, an order must be postmarked to Creyate within 31 days of its ship date.
Creyate will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition. Creyate has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.
Creyate will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
Wherever possible, Creyate will make sure that the reverse pick up is done by its team. In rare cases, customers might have to bear the return shipping charges. The same will be applied to their next order or offered as a store credit in their account.
