Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. Refunds in form of cheques can take 10-12 business days to arrive via post.

Amazon does not offer replacements as an option except for Kindles. Follow the steps in the Return Centre to request for replacement for Kindles.
