Returns & Cancellations
At ArtisanGilt.com, we dedicate a very large proportion of our resources to provide our customers with hassle free and enriching shopping experience. We firmly believe that customer trust is key to our success and hence, in spite of being a marketplace, we stand behind all our merchandise.
We offer a No Questions Asked returns facility on all our orders in India. If you don't like the product, find it improper or damaged, all you have to do is call us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we'll arrange for a reverse pick-up and replacement at the earliest.
You can cancel your order anytime unless it is already dispatched, in which case, we do not allow cancellations. We usually dispatch all our orders within 1-3 days; hence, if you wish to cancel your order please get in touch with our customer care at the earliest.
In case of cancellations, we do not provide cash refunds. Instead, you will receive the paid amount in the form of Gilt Cash in your Gilt Wallet which can be used on your next purchase anytime during the subsequent 6 months.
