Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order with Clovia.com within 4 days from the date of order or before the order is shipped, whichever is applicable.
In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 30 days of its delivery. We will immediately provide you with a credit in your online wallet, or a full refund.
How to Return a Product?
- Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.
- Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside.
- We can arrange for the parcel to be picked from some locations. Call us at +91-120-4842222 or write to us at [email protected] to check if your pin code falls under this service.
- In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier receipt to get a refund for courier charges.
- In either case, please also enclose any Clovia Collectible items or any other free gifts you received with your order.
