SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
- For International buyers, orders shall be shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
- For domestic buyers, orders shall be shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
- Orders will be shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery schedule agreed with the Customer at the time of order confirmation.
- DROOM FASHION shall make all efforts to deliver order in 10 working days from the date of order booking.
- Shipment and delivery of the orders shall be subject to Courier Company / Post Office norms. DROOM FASHION shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities or delay due to directly or indirect acts of nature, forces or causes beyond DROOM FASHION reasonable control
- Delivery of all orders shall be dispatched to registered address of the Customers provided by the Customer at the time of registration on www.droomfashion.com or as per the delivery address opted by the Customer at the time of booking the order.
