- The pictures given are indicative. The packaging, decoration and arrangement of the actual product delivered may differ from the actual product delivered. No claim about the identical product delivered would be accepted
- Due to heavy seasonal rush, We would NOT be able to COMMIT on the time for delivery of orders on Valentine's Day (12, 13, 14,15 February). But all the orders qualifying the term above would be delivered on the Date Specified
- Some of the orders for the occasion given above may be delivered on 1-2 days before the Valentine's Day also
- We would try to maintain the flavour and shape of the cake as per the order. But due to heavy seasonal rush, we may not be able to commit on the flavour and shape. However the quantity of the cake is guaranteed
- The Delivery Time of the orders on 12, 13, 14, 15 May is 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Your order can be delivered any time between this duration irrespective of the time given in the order form. We would not be able to provide any time commitment
- The Delivery Confirmation can be given next day only
- India Flower Mall reserves the right of cancelling the order if the order is not placed from Valentine's Day section
- If the order is not delivered, India Flower Mall would refund the amount 100%. No claim of any other compensation would be accepted.
- We try to send the message along with the order as per instructions from the customer. However sometimes, the message can not be delivered as given.
