If you are not satisfied with your product you can e-mail  with 3 days of purchase.  You can return merchandise through the courier (at your cost) and take a refund. However the courier cost will not be re-funded. For detailed procedures for returning items through the mail, please contact us on the phone- 7 days a week, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (IST)

At The Yellow door, they take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. They carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will make arrangements for a prompt replacement.We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
