CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Tolexo allows return of products for 3 days from delivery in all the following cases:

1. Product is used/worn or altered
2. Physical damage to the box or to the product
3. If sealed package of branded products is open
4. The packet was empty / some item or accessory was missing
5. The product was defective,
6. Significantly different from the description given by the merchant (wrong size, colour, quality or material related issues)
7. You changed your mind due to any other reason.
